ck44gg Terms & Conditions

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ck44gg strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You must be accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period with ck44gg or any affiliated platform.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. Each account must be held and operated solely by the registered account holder.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ck44gg platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ck44gg reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ck44gg may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers our internal compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. ck44gg is not liable for any delays in withdrawals caused by a player's failure to complete verification in a timely manner.

3.1 Deposits

ck44gg accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your ck44gg BDT wallet within two minutes under normal operating conditions.

ck44gg does not charge any deposit fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ck44gg accepts no responsibility. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the originating account minus any associated transfer costs.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking number or bank account used for the most recent deposit. Processing time is typically 10 to 30 minutes under standard conditions; delays may occur during periods of high transaction volume or pending identity verification.

ck44gg reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until any active bonus wagering requirements on the account have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds while active bonus conditions remain outstanding will result in the relevant bonus being forfeited.

3.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on ck44gg are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform. Western Arabic numerals are used for all monetary displays. ck44gg does not accept or hold balances in foreign currencies.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from the account along with any winnings derived from them.
• ck44gg reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated software — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (and in some cases the combined deposit + bonus amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms and conditions page. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games and certain crash games may contribute at a reduced rate. 5.1 Accepted Conduct

Players are expected to use the ck44gg platform in good faith, for legitimate personal entertainment purposes only. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and possible legal action:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live dealer games or tournaments.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a verifiable error will be voided and the relevant stake returned.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the ck44gg platform's software, security systems, or data feeds.
• Any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the experience of other players or the platform's operational integrity.

5.2 Game Provider Rules

Games offered on the ck44gg platform are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Each game is governed by the rules set by its respective provider in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between a provider's individual game rules and these Terms, ck44gg's Terms shall prevail except where the provider's rules are mandated by that provider's own certification requirements.

5.3 Disconnections & Technical Issues

ck44gg makes every effort to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the platform will attempt to resolve the round using the last confirmed server-side game state. ck44gg is not liable for any losses resulting from disconnections caused by a player's internet connection, device failure, or third-party network disruption. If a game round cannot be completed due to a verifiable server-side fault, the relevant stake will be refunded to the player's account balance.

6.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts so you are notified when you have been logged in beyond a chosen period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend betting activity on your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the ck44gg platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time spent and amounts wagered during your current session.

7.1 Platform Content

All content on the ck44gg platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck44gg or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the platform's content without our prior written consent.

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the ck44gg name, logo, or branding in any context — including social media profiles, affiliate marketing materials, or third-party websites — without explicit written authorisation from ck44gg. Unauthorised use of ck44gg's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.

8.1 Platform Provided "As Is"

The ck44gg Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. ck44gg does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck44gg, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible loss, even if ck44gg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, ck44gg's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.1 Data Handling

ck44gg collects, processes, and stores player data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, fulfil our compliance obligations, and improve the platform experience for all players.

Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely for the purposes of operating the Service securely and in compliance with applicable regulations.

10.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your ck44gg account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending wagering requirements must be settled and any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts in active self-exclusion cannot be closed by the player during the exclusion period for any reason other than permanent self-exclusion extension.

10.2 Closure by ck44gg

ck44gg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or any other illegal activity.
• Multi-accounting or abuse of bonus promotions.
• Use of automated software or other prohibited technical means.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified deadline.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, ck44gg reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where closure is initiated for compliance or verification reasons pending investigation, funds will be held securely and returned if the investigation is resolved in the player's favour.

11.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to your account, a game outcome, a payment, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact ck44gg's support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct correspondence with our support team, ck44gg may, at its discretion, refer the matter to an independent adjudicator. Both parties agree to act in good faith throughout any dispute resolution process.

11.2 Amendments to These Terms

ck44gg reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
